Christmas #2 Eve

Today is Christmas #2's eve. Last night Jake and I did a marathon shopping trip, and accomplished EVERYTHING we needed to do, except for one thing, which I am thinking of canning in lieu of another, simpler, no-need-to-shop-for-it solution. Tonight I have to make Hayden's and Anya's cake (one cake, two kids turning two, that's okay, right?) and then wrap the tiny mountain of gifts which currently reside on our table. I know I'll get "Wrapper's Thumb": the raggedy patch of skin on your thumb which gets torn on the scotch-tape dispenser while wrapping presents. It's gonna be a looooong night!
