Kijiji.
It's a weird word. But I love it. It's a buying and selling website and you put in what city you want to buy in or sell to and then browse or post ads. It's free. It's fun. I have been looking for a puppy on it for quite some time, and have found the litter from which we will choose! There's a woman in town who has Lab/Beagle cross pups for $50 each. They will be ready to go by May 20th.
In order to keep some teeth marks off our things while we are at work, I had decided to kennel the pup. So I needed a kennel. I found just what I was looking for on Kijiji! A nice big wire cage for $20. We picked it up tonight. Also, the woman who answered my ad about my old bbq for sale sent 2 guys to pick it up tonight. They came in a 2 door sunfire with no muffler. They had to unbolt the main part from the frame in order to get it in their car. It was kinda funny. I sold it for $25 because they didn't need the tank. (With the tank I wanted $40 for it) AND as an added bonus, someone emailed me this afternoon wanting just the tank, and he offered me $20 for it. Woo hoo!
It's fun to buy and sell.

Oh puppies! YAY!! Are you leaning toward another female pup? Not that I'm biased or anything, but I do seem to favour them. :P LOL
Welcome back, I'm glad your car/kid experience was essentially painless.
Kijiji is great -- we sold our car on it! (Thanks a bunch, auto-useless-trader.)

A beagle lab, mix, huh. I'm trying to imagine it and I can't. I need a pic.
I want to get a sandbox for Anya too, but make sure you get one with a cover to avoid finding catpoop treasures in it. That's the problem with our dirt yard at the moment. Yuck.
