On a personal note (hey aren't these ALL personal notes?) this is my first pie that isn't a soupy mess! I was so happy *sniffle* Also I made it in a cake pan cuz I don't have a pie plate. It didn't seem to be a bad thing! Deep Dish Pie. mm.
